Host: Esteemed Sheikh, may Allah grant you success, many questions have come enquiring whether taṣwīr; depiction of the adulterer and the adulteress [in the act] may stand in the place of four witness
Sheikh Fawzan: Taṣwīr is impermissible.
● Firstly, Taṣwīr is forbidden.
● Secondly, Taṣwīr is not used as evidence to indict the one being depicted. This is not allowed.
