كلام جميل جزى الله الكاتب خيرا ووفقه

However, it should be understood that a scholar's praise is based upon what has reached him and what he knows concerning an individual. The concerns raised here have been conveyed by scholars and students of knowledge who reside in the same country and are therefore in a position to have greater familiarity with the individual's associations and activities." Commentary: There is a clear sense of strong ghayrah for Salafiyyah in this writing. May Allah accept it from the writer and reward him with good. With that said, I would like to seize this opportunity to remind the dear brother that we are in the same position as him, and we experience that same level of ghayrah when advising him against the likes of ʿAlī al-Ḥalabī (رحمه الله), Muḥammad al-Imām and those like them. Just as the author would want the readers to take heed of his advice, we likewise ask our brother to take heed of the advice and reconsider the matter carefully. And just as the author would not appreciate readers responding by saying, “Do not impose your opinion upon us” (لا تلزمنا), or “The scholars praised him,” or “Stop attacking the scholars,” or “you are from the ghulaat,” and similar responses, we too do not appreciate such responses when the same concerns are raised regarding the aforementioned individuals. By Allah, the very same khayr that he wishes for the readers through this writing is the same khayr that we wish for him through the writings and advice that have been shared previously. As I began by acknowledging the writer’s ghayrah and asking Allah to reward him, I conclude in the same manner: may Allah reward him for this well-written piece and benefit everyone who reads it. I sincerely encourage everyone whom this piece reaches to take heed, reflect upon the advice, and avoid attending that majlis.
